DOCK ROCK SML was created by two industry professionals

who longed to do real radio again ... radio the way it used to be

before corporate entities took over and made every radio station

in every market sound the same.

 

We've programmed a station that plays "feel good music" 24/7.

We play the best hits from the late 70's through the early 90's.

We play a vast number of songs to ensure you hear songs

you haven't heard in a while.

Dock Rock Smith Mountain Lake plays the feel good music

you grew up with. Our playlist features thousands of songs

primarily from the 60’s through the 80’s

but you will occasionally hear some more modern decades too. 

 

When you listen, you'll hear about events and happenings

taking place in the SML region.

 

You will also hear from local businesses

who advertise their messages on a truly local radio station

at a surprisingly cost-effective rate.
